Bay Construction Ltd started in January 2017 by Owner/Operator Jamie Munn. When the opportunity arose, we jumped at the chance to take over the Skyline Buildings dealership for the Whakatane area and wider region.

A core part of our business is the distribution and construction of Skyline Buildings. As the Whakatane Skyline Building distributor, we have access to a range of buildings from Garden Sheds, Garages and Gottages – taking advantage of the cost-effective nature of the Skyline Buildings model.

When you deal with Bay Construction, you are working with a locally family-operated business. Jamie is not only the guy in charge, he is also your main point of contact throughout your building process. Building in the area for the past 29 years has given Jamie the knowledge and experience in the unique requirements of the Eastern Bay building environment.

Alongside our work with Skyline Buildings, we also undertake a comprehensive range of building work. Bay Construction are available for all scales of building projects including architectural new homes, extensions and renovations of both big and small, farm buildings and small-scale commercial buildings.

Our team are a great bunch of guys that are really easy to get along with. We pride ourselves on our can-do attitude and easygoing nature. Our goal is to make your building project as stress-free as possible.
